Our company is committed to protecting consumer rights and prioritizing post-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may have with the products you have purchased, and any problems arising from production or service, will be carefully assessed and resolved as soon as possible.
To be able to serve you faster and better in terms of product returns, you can find the necessary conditions below. In case of the absence of any of the following, the product return will not be accepted.

a- Return of used or damaged products is not accepted.
b- The product to be returned shall be delivered in the same condition as it was previously received, within 30 days, together with standard accessories and without damage.

b- If the invoice for the product to be returned is issued in the name of a company, the product shall be sent along with the invoice issued by the company when returning. A return invoice shall be issued.
a- If the products you want to return are defective, shipping costs shall be covered by our company in case it is sent with our contracted cargo companies.
b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department comply with the return conditions, the return of the product price shall be processed on the day the product reaches us. The reflection of the return in your account depends on your bank’s decision. Returns to credit cards are reflected in the account within 1-5 days.

The general return conditions are as follows:
– Returns shall be made absolutely with the original box or packaging.
– Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example, products that have been shipped with a shipping label pasted on the original box and sealed with shipping tape), that have lost the resale ability and can no longer be purchased by another customer shall not be accepted.
– You need to send the original invoice (all copies you hold) and a petition that includes the reason for the return along with the product to be returned.
– If the products you want to return are defective, the shipping cost shall be covered by our company. In this case, you must also send it using the cargo companies we have agreements with. In other cases, you shall bear the shipping costs.
Customers can cancel the orders that have been placed wrongly or if they give up purchasing. Sometimes delays occur in checking our e-mails due to our busy schedule, and the product might have already been handed over to the cargo by that time. During the cancellation process, the full price shall be returned with the method you used for the transaction if the product has yet to be handed over to the cargo. If the product has been handed over to the cargo, the cargo fee(s) shall be deducted and refunded.
