We are Efsane and Hüseyin Cengiz, co-founders of Hekimin Çiftliği, and ophthalmologists working in Mersin for twenty-five years. We have been healing our patients at Vizyon Eye Hospital, of which we are also the cofounders, for the last 16 years. Our journey started when we decided to raise awareness oforganic farming, protect our family, and set an example for society. For this purpose, we purchased an 80-acre plot of land with its own water source at an altitude of 1650 meters in Arslanköy, at the summit of the Toros Mountains, which has not been cultivated for a long time and is free from pollutants.
